We arrived around 6 PM, and Robert took great care of us until late into the evening. I had an excellent visit to your dealership. Even though I didn't purchase the vehicle, it was worth the 2 hour trip home. The salesman name was Robert and he was excellent he took time to go over the Carfax with me and explain things. I was in the car sales business and can quickly recognize certain things. He was very informative, upfront about the vehicle, and very patient, I wish more salespersons were like him. As i was leaving, I could see he was even taking action on the issues I pointed out l.THANK YOU ROBERT!!!

The salesman Robert was outstanding. He applied the key principles of great customer service in every aspect of the process.He has extensive knowledge of the vehicles and a pleasant personality discussing the various vehicles on the lot.I would recommend Capital Auto and Robert without hesitation.

Mr. Robert spent all day sending me videos of a vehicle I was interested in, I changed my mind several times about what I was looking for and he kept in touch for the following week and a half with updates on what he found and how he could help, regardless of me being 3 hours away. I sincerely appreciate your time!

I have purchased multiple vehicles online from dealers out of state...some auto dealerships struggle with this but Capital Auto Sales clearly has their remote purchase process dialed in. Nelson Javier was terrific to work with and was in ready communication as we worked through all the sales details, including arranging shipping. Follow up out-of-state registration by Mary Guzman was excellent. It was actually an enjoyable experience all around and despite being out-of-state I will for sure contact them when shopping online for my next vehicle!
