Nelson Flores was excellent! Responded promptly, assisted with my car delivery and there were no surprises with what I saw online and what he shared in additional videos. Always a great experience working with Nelson. We’ve purchased three cars from him, and every time he goes above and beyond to help us and answer any questions we have. Capital Auto sales went beyond my expectations. The office is clean and very well organized. A good variation of cars including vintage cars. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking.

We found the car we were looking for on Carfax, which led us to this dealership, and we’re so glad it did! Carlos was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to address all of our questions and even fixed a few things on the car that we were concerned about before we drove it home. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you’re shopping here, do yourself a favor and ask for Carlos—you won’t be disappointed. He’s the best!
